Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mutawalli shall apply to the Waqf Tribunal in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Waqf Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
