Application for registration.—Every autonomous body receiving grants carrying on the utilisation of grants shall make an application for registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 12-C, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
