Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of textbooks shall apply to the Director of Education in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Director of Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
