Surrender of certificate.—Every nominee of an insured person who ceases to carry on the receipt of benefits as a nominee shall, within forty-two days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
