Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the captive generating plant owner shall apply to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
