Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any captive generating plant owner dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every installation then held; and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
