Surrender of certificate.—Every principal officer who ceases to carry on the management of a company shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Dispute Resolution Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 15G of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
