Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the principal officer shall apply to the Dispute Resolution Panel in Form 10 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Dispute Resolution Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
