Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the firm shall apply to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
