Application for registration.—Every firm carrying on the business of a firm shall make an application for registration to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
