Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the National Medical Commission in the custody of the Drugs Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the National Medical Commission; and where the Drugs Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 25 within thirty days of the succession.
