Bye-law 16, National Medical Commission (Forms of The practice of Indian medicine) Bye-laws, 2021 [SE9-KYM]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 28 February 2021.
Authorised agent.—Any practitioner of Indian medicine may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the National Medical Commission in Form 28 the name and address of the agent within ninety days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within fifteen days of the revocation.
