Authorised agent.—Any practitioner of Indian medicine may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the National Medical Commission in Form 28 the name and address of the agent within ninety days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within fifteen days of the revocation.
