Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these bye-laws shall be served on the practitioner of Indian medicine to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 21, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the National Medical Commission shall record the manner and the date of service within seven days of the service.
