Surrender of certificate.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine who ceases to carry on the practice of Indian medicine shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Medical Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 29 of the manner in which every medical device held by him has been disposed of.
