Maintenance of premises.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine shall keep the premises where the practice of Indian medicine is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every register kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the practice of Indian medicine, and shall furnish to the National Medical Commission in Form 41, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
