Surrender of certificate.—Every ship repairer who ceases to carry on the repair of ships shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maritime Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every survey certificate held by him has been disposed of.
