Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the producer of films shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
