Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a saw mill dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form V, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every waste manifest then held; and the Divisional Forest Officer shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
