Application for registration.—Every owner of a saw mill carrying on the running of a saw mill shall make an application for registration to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form VIII, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every hazardous substance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
