Surrender of certificate.—Every allottee who ceases to carry on the purchase of an apartment shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every agreement for sale held by him has been disposed of.
