Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the depository participant shall apply to the Government of Telangana in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Telangana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
