Surrender of certificate.—Every depository participant who ceases to carry on the business of a depository participant shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Telangana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every contract note held by him has been disposed of.
