Application for registration.—Every depository participant carrying on the business of a depository participant shall make an application for registration to the Government of Telangana in Form E, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every client agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
