Intimation of change.—Every owner of a contract carriage shall intimate to the State Transport Authority, in Form 4 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
