Surrender of certificate.—Every driving school who ceases to carry on the imparting of instruction in driving shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Transport Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 38 of the manner in which every register of vehicles held by him has been disposed of.
