Intimation of change.—Every payer of dividend shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form 26AS and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
