Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any co-operative society dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Agriculture in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample then held; and the Director of Agriculture shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
