Intimation of change.—Every lottery agent shall intimate to the Procurement Authority, in Form GFR 19 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Procurement Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
