Application for registration.—Every consent manager carrying on the management of consent shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form F, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every electronic signature certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
