Intimation of change.—Every consent manager shall intimate to the Government of Rajasthan, in Form E and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Rajasthan shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
