Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the farmer shall apply to the Registrar in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Registrar shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
