Surrender of certificate.—Every process server who ceases to carry on the service of process shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register of suits held by him has been disposed of.
