Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of women who ceases to carry on the employment of women shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every individual care plan held by him has been disposed of.
