Application for registration.—Every keeper of a slaughter house carrying on the slaughter of animals shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form E, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
