Application for registration.—Every employer of women carrying on the employment of women shall make an application for registration to the District Child Protection Unit in Form I, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every individual care plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
