Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any employer of women dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the District Child Protection Unit in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every home study report then held; and the District Child Protection Unit shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
