Surrender of certificate.—Every exporter of services who ceases to carry on the export of services shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Reserve Bank in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every shipping bill held by him has been disposed of.
