Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the bidder shall apply to the Government of Telangana in Form GFR 22 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Telangana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
