Surrender of certificate.—Every cyber cafe operator who ceases to carry on the running of a cyber cafe shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Certifying Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
