Maintenance of premises.—Every allottee of surplus land shall keep the premises where the holding of allotted surplus land is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every demand notice kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the holding of allotted surplus land, and shall furnish to the Revenue Divisional Officer in Form 8, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
