Application for registration.—Every owner of a building in a vulnerable area carrying on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area shall make an application for registration to the Director of Fire Services in Form C, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every hazard map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
