Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the curator of a museum shall apply to the Competent Authority in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Competent Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
