Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any annuity service provider dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Board of Trustees in Form 10, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every remittance challan then held; and the Board of Trustees shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
