Rule 13, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2020 [SE7-YDS]

Safe custody.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine shall keep every licence to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the practice of Indian medicine is carried on, shall record in Form 25 the description of every licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the National Medical Commission within forty-five days of the close of each year.
