Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any scholarship disbursing institution dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee in Form VIII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every assistive device then held; and the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
