Intimation of change.—Every scholarship disbursing institution shall intimate to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee, in Form IV and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
