Intimation of change.—Every transmission licensee shall intimate to the Chief Electrical Inspector, in Form II and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
