Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a brick kiln in a village who ceases to carry on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Panchayat Samiti in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every tax receipt held by him has been disposed of.
