Intimation of change.—Every owner of a brick kiln in a village shall intimate to the Panchayat Samiti, in Form 8 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Panchayat Samiti shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
