Application for registration.—Every curator of a museum carrying on the management of a museum shall make an application for registration to the Heritage Committee in Form I, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every permission held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
